Please comment upon the following:
1. Earlier, the industry had installed 02 furnaces of capacity 20 TPH and 7 TPH and the production capacity was 7 TPD. Now, the industry has dismantled the 20 TPH furnace and production capacity is still same.
2. Since, the deduction in CA certificate is around only Rs. 20.00 lacs, how the adequacy of consent fee under the both Acts differ from the validity mentioned in the previous applications. Further, the adequacy of consents fee mentioned in the agenda note and note history needs to be rechecked.
3. As per visit report, submersible pump is not in operation since September 2023, thus, how it is meeting the requirement of fresh water?
4. The detail of plantation area provided by the industry be mentioned. |
