Sir, this is case of only change of name of partner. The industry has deposited dissolution deed dated 15.08.2024 and as per deed, the industry has changed the partner and Sh. Puran Chand has been removed from partnership and Sh. Shiv kumar is the sole Proprietor of the firm. There is no any increase in the land as compared to the previous granted CTO. Submitted for approval in supersede with the previous granted consent and subject certain condition as per the policy of the board. And additional condition that the industry shall submit the Sampling report of the APCDs in the coming season. |
