The application of the industry is scrutinized and it was observed as under : -
1. The industry has deposited the consent fee for the period of 3 years and has not deposited penalty fee. The industry is requested to additional 2 years fee alongwith penalty fee.
2. The industry is requested to get its profile updated from proposed to operational.
As such, you are requested to remove the above said observations and deposit the fee within 2 days so that the application can be processed further
