Sir, it is submitted that the industry has submitted an undertaking dated 22.07.2024 regarding consideration of the proposal submitted by the PP. Copy Attached
It is further, submitted that the PP has submitted a proposal for 20 no. households to be developed in a span of 5 years considering 15 persons per household and generation, treatment and disposal of effluent @ 31.36 KLD which is adequate as mentioned in the note dated 18.07.2024.
If approved, the case may be sent to the competent authority for consideration of the proposal submitted by the PP. |
