The industry is required to submit the latest CA Certificate as on 31.03.2024.
The industry has not uploaded the approved building plan.
The industry has not submitted the allotment letter from Industrial Department.
The industry has not submitted dimensional drawing septic tank.
If approved, consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for six months with suitable terms and conditions and with special conditions that 1) The industry shall submit approved building plan from the Competent Person within one month. 2) The industry shall not generate any trade effluent. 3) The industry shall not make any expansion without prior permission of the Board. 4) The industry shall complying with the norms prescribed by the PPCB/CPCB as per note dated 20.07.2024 |
