The application of the industry has scrutinized and it is observed as under:-
1. There has been increase in fixed assets 2019 to 2024 to the tune of Rs. 8.00 Crores, you are required to give details of new construction components added.
2. The consent fee deposited by the project proponent is inadequate, as per the investment details submitted, you are required to deposited Rs. 9,22,300/- under Air Act, 1981 and Rs. 8,38,300/- under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 21,600/- as NOC regularization fee for new development.
3. If any new construction done, the project proponent is required to submit latest approved layout plan from the competent authority of GLADA, with clear indication with area details of its total land area, built up area, saleable area, green area etc.
4. The Environment Clearance obtained by the project has been expired in 2019, submit the copy of latest valid EC obtained by project, if any.
5. The project proponent has not submitted permission from CGWA for the abstraction of additional quantity of ground water.
6. The project proponent is required to submit solid waste management plant and status of installation of bio-composter as per conditions of previous consent.
7. There has been change in products w.r.t. old consent as it has not mentioned Tower-A & Tower-B in this application, please clarify.
8. If the proposed project has been completed, you are requested to submit its completion details of project and of its STP indicating, stabilization of STP, the installation of its water meters and energy meters.
You are requested to submit above said observations within 02 days.
