Disposal for reutilization for flushing purposes @ 8 KLD and 20 KLD to be used for plantation to be developed along the boundary/road side. Permission obtained from Corporation Engineer, MC, Bathinda vide his office letter no. 795 dated 14.06.2024, wherein it has been informed that MC, Bathinda has no objection to dispose the proposed disposal of sewage into MC existing sewerline as per the Ruels/norms of the Govt. and the permission of road cutting should be taken from NHAI/B&R/concerned departments by the project proponent and the sewage connection shall be taken separately for discharge of sewage in MC sewerline.……………. • The visiting officer has reported that the site was visited on 20.07.2024 and no construction activity has been started. No MAH unit within 250 mtrs radius and no air polluting industry within 100 meter radius of the proposed commercial colony. The site is suitable for establishment of commercial colony…………. • In view of above, if approved, consent to establish (NOC) be granted to the project proponent under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 for development of 59 commercial shops in the revenue estate of Dabwali Road, Bathinda, subject to the following special conditions that:-……………. 1. The Consent to Establish (NOC) is being granted for the development of the residential colony in an area of 3.24 acres (13148.83 sq. meter) in the revenue estate of Dabwali Road, Bathinda and in case any of the documents submitted by the project proponent are found forged/incorrect, the consent to establish granted to the project would be deemed to have been cancelled and the Board would not be responsible for the cost incurred by the project proponent in the matter…………… 2. The project proponent shall ensure that the total built-up area of the project remains less than 1,50,000 Sqm and in case, the built-up area exceeds 1,50,000 sqm or built-up area of any individual plot is more than 20,000 Sqm, then the project proponent shall be bound to obtain environmental clearance as required under ElA notification dated 14/9/2006……………. 3. The project proponent will not use any fresh water in the green area/ plantation developed inside the project premises and will make adequate arrangements to reuse the treated effluent for watering of green areas in the project premises and for re-utilization for flushing purposes by providing dual plumbing line and only the excess effluent shall be discharged into MC sewer as per the permission obtained from MC, Bathinda vide their office letter no. 795 dated 14.06.2024…………… 4. The project proponent will ensure that the municipal solid waste generated from its colony is handled in an environmentally sound manner and the Bio degradable solid waste shall be managed through in-house treatment, in compliance to the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016…………... 5. The project proponent shall also develop the vermicomposting/composting to manage the biodegradable solid waste and shall not throw, burn or bury any solid wastes in open, outside premises or in drain / water bodies………... 6. The project proponent shall perform / promote its Corporate Environment Responsibility (CER) activities as well as use of alternatives of single use plastics (SUP) and awareness to discourage use of plastic……………. 7. The industry shall ensure that there are no usages of single use plastic- thermocol disposable items such as water bottles / water pouches/water cups, plates, forks, spoons, straw etc. and single use decorating material made of plastic-thermocol or any other non-biodegradable material in the premises…………. 8. This consent to establish is issued from pollution angle and the project proponent shall obtain the statutory clearances / permissions from the other concerned departments, as required…………… Competency: SEE
