The application has been examined and found that the project proponent has proposed discharge of domestic effluent @ 36 KLD after treatment in STP, onto land for plantation in an area of 08 kanal 4.5 marlas which has been taken on lease (not registered) for 10 years. The visting officer has reported that the land area of 8 kanal 4.5 marlas is adjoining to the site with kucha pahi in between, however as per the approved site plan attached with the application issued by the STP, Bathinda, the kutchi pahi mentioned by the visiting officer has been shown as Road of 16 ft. 6 inch wide, which is proposed for road widening @ 60 ft…………….
If approved, the Regional Office be requested to clarify the proposal/measured to be adopted to discharge the treated effluent across the existing road of 16 ft. 06 inch, which is proposed for road widening @ 60 ft. |
