• It has been reported vide note dated 07.07.2024 that the industry was visited by Er. Ravideep Singla, AEE on 02.07.2024 and it was found complying with the standard operating procedures for such type of units as well as with the conditions imposed in the NOC granted to it…………..
• Further, it has been reported vide note dated 08.07.2024 that during previous visit the industry was operated for testing of the machinery installed. During the previous visit the person from the company from where the machines have been purchased have visited to check the operation of the machinery installed as such the industry informed that the process was operated. The industry has now lifted all the HW raw material same has been verified during viist to industry…………..
• In view of above, if approved, , consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 be granted to the industry for six months for production of Card Board/ Mix Board @ 08 TPD by using ETP sludge of pulp & paper mill as one of the raw material, subject to the following special conditions:-............
1. The industry shall not procure and process any hazardous waste as prescribed in Schedule-I appended to the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 till it gets the certificate of registration / passbook as recycler /re-processor from the Board..............
2. This consent to operate is valid only to facilitate the industry to obtain registration/passbook as recycler /re-processor from the Board as required under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016, which shall be obtained during the validity period of this consent.............
3. The industry shall apply afresh for obtaining consent to operate as required under the provisions of Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 after obtaining certificate of registration / passbook as recycler /re-processor from the Board.................
4. The industry shall comply with the standard operating procedures framed by CPCB for utilization of process & primary sludge of ETP of pulp & paper industry................
