The application of the industry for obtaining fresh consents under the Water Act, 1974 and varied consent under Air Act, 1981 has been scrutinized and following observations were made:
1. The industry is required submit latest CA certificate showing un-depreciated value of fixed assets as on 30.06.2024 and shall submit consent fees as per the value of fixed assets.
2. The industry shall also deposit NOC regularization fees i.e. 50% of NOC fees.
3. The industry is required submit stack analysis report for its APCD installed on heating furnace.
4. The industry is required submit adequacy and efficacy certificate for its APCD installed on heating furnace.
As such you are requested to clarify the aforesaid observations within 02 days, so as to proceed further in the matter. Till then, the application submitted by the industry shall be treated as incomplete.
