| Clarification Note: |
1. The industry increased its fixed assets from Rs. 170.31 Lacs to Rs. 230.23 Lacs. Kindly submit detail of increase in the fixed assets.
2. Earlier, the industry has installed 2 no. induction furnaces of capacity 300 Kg and 100 Kg. However, in the current application, it has mentioned capacity of induction furnace as 4 MTD. Please clarify.
3. The industry has submitted raw material as Pig Iron/Scrap/CRC Sheet Scrap @ 1284 MTY and product as CI Casting of Various Components of Various Sizes @ 2400 MTY. Product cannot be more than raw material. Please clarify.
4. Kindly explain the reason for applying varied 'Consent to Operate'. If the industry has some proposal for expansion, then it is required to apply for ‘consent to establish'/ (NOC expansion).
