The application of the industry has been scrutinized and observed that the CTOs granted by the Board was on the name of Sh. Vinod Kumar Goyal (late), as a proprietor.
Now, the applicant namely Sh. Navraj Goyal has applied for obtaining varied CTOs as a proprietor along with the documents i.e. Death certificate of Sh. Vinod Kumar Goyal and the Wasiyatnama (wherein, it is mentioned that late Sh. Vinod Kumar Goyal has submitted its will to grant of all the property belongs to himself to his son i.e. Sh. Navraj Goyal.
However, the applicant i.e. Sh. Navraj Goyal is either required to submit affidavits from various family members relates to late Sh. Vinod Kumar Goyal or should submit the registry of rice sheller on his name within 2 days, so that the application may be processed further.
