It is submitted that now, the industry has applied for varied consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 for dyeing for all type of fabrics (polyester/PC/Cotton) @ 7 T/day & dyeing for all type of yarn (Polyester/PC/Cotton) @ 5 T/day with discharge of trade effluent @ 498 KLD and domestic effluent @ 2.0 KLD into CETP-15 MLD...............
The application was examined, may if approved, RO be requested to comment on the following, please:
1. Site suitability of the industry as the industry is doing expansion.
2. Details of air emission samples recently collected. |
