The report of the Regional Office has been examined and observed that lastly the consent to operate granted to the industry with the following special conditions:
1. The industry shall revise its agreement with the CETP operator at Chanalon for actual quantity of effluent as soon as the CETP
is made operational.
2. The industry shall provide additional storage capacity of at least 10000 ltrs in case of failure of CETP within 15 days and submit compliance to the Board.
EE RO SAS Nagar may be asked to submit the compliance of the above mentioned conditions, please. Also, RO needs to comment on the adequacy of storage capacity provided by the industry for collection of trade effluent. |
