Sir, it is intimated that the reply of the observation is as under:
1. The industry was earlier installed two furnaces from which one was standby and only one furnace was being operated for the said production.
2. The consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 30/09/2026 under the both acts.
3. The industry was closed its production but the submersible was being operated for irrigation to plants and men arranged for maintenance the same.
4. The industry has planted the plants area about 100 Sqm near the main gate and opposite office section and plants planted along the wall also.
