It is submitted that the last sampling of industry was done. The industry is large scale red category unit and frequency of monitoring is 06 months. The industry does not generate any spent acid. The representative industry informed that there is no difference in E-bicycles and E-Scooters as both are operated with motor and there is no combustion engine. The industry has submitted that we will get its sample from Board's Lab within one month.
In view of above, it is recommended that:-
1. The varied consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted upto 31.03.2029 with suitable conditions and with special conditions that the industry shall get its analyzed effluent sample from Board's lab.s within one month.
2. The varied consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 31.03.2029 with suitable conditions and with special conditions that the industry shall get its analyzed sack emission sample from Board's lab.s within one month.
