Kindly peruse the detailed note of AEE dated 22/07/2024. In consideration of the recommendations given by RO & the legal opinion given by SLO of the Board, it is recommended that Consent to Establish (NOC) under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 to establish a warehouse project over total land area of 18.47Acre (74347 sq mtr) with built-up area of 30164 sqm, be granted to the
project proponent upto 24.01.2025 (i.e. one year from date of start of construction),
subject to additional conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE.
