| Clarification Note: |
The application of the PP has been scrutinized and observed as under:
1. ETP proposed of capacity 25 KLD, considering 5 persons/plot, however as per the Department of Housing and Urban Development notification issued vide no. G.S.R. 144/P.A.11/1995/Ss.180 and 43/2021 dated 31.08.2021 circulated by the Board vide Head Office letter no. 15864-82 dated 22.07.2022, it has been specified that the population of plotted development shall be counted @ 15 persons per plot, hence the calculation of water pollution load as well as the disposal arrangements proposed by the project proponent are not adequate.
2. The project proponent has proposed discharge of treated effluent onto land for plantation, however proper layout plan & area to be developed for disposal alongwith khasra nos. of the said plantation area not submitted.
3. Copy of license obtained from the Competent Authority for developing residential colony not submitted.
4. The institute will obtain permission from the MC, Abohar regarding discharge of treated wastewater into MC sewer alongwith adequacy of terminal STP of MC to bear the additional load of domestic effluent of the colony, if applicable.
5. The PP has submitted its application for developing 45 no. residential plot, whereas as per approved plan, there will be 45 no. residential plot and 05 no. EWS plot (total 50 no. plot), please clarify.
Therefore, it is requested to submit reply to the above said observation within 3 days, so the application may be processed further. |
