Kindly peruse the reply of AEE, being a peculiar case, the regular complaints are being received in Board due to nuisance value of such projects and moreover, issue regarding the applicability of siting guidelines issued by the Board in such cases, undersigned is of the view that a comprehensive opinion of SLO of the Board should be taken in the matter.
As such, may if approved, Environmental Engineer Regional Office Sangrur be requested to obtain a holistic opinion/comments of SLO in the matter (including all the 3 observations made by the undersigned vide note dated 24/07/2024) as to whether consents under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act,1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act,1981 could be granted to the Poultry farm or not and resubmit the case with fresh recommendations please
