Keeping in view of above, as proposed by AEE, as the project proponent has shown positive intention to comply with directions issued by the Board and has made compliance at site, as such request of the project proponent w.r.t. directions may be considered for deference for short term period and also NOC may be considered for one year after approval of the Board's competent authority subject to above mentioned special conditions please. Also the enoting for EC on previous violations is being moved separately as mentioned above please. |
