Approved as proposed by EE, ZO with special conditions be imposed that the project proponent shall not give possessions to the owners without prior permission of the Board. The project proponent shall install the smog gun well before starting the construction. The project proponent shall develop a plantation area as per karnal technology in an area of 1.5 acres of land area and the PP shall not carry out any type of construction in the area reserved for the plantation . The project proponent shall not carry out any activity/ construction at site which obstructs the natural drainage through the site, in wetland and water bodies and the natural drainage system should be maintained for ensuring the unrestricted flow of water. . The project proponent will develop the project on its own risk & cost if failed to make an adequate scientific mode of disposal arrangement and the Board shall not be responsible for any financial liability arising due to the cancellation of this CTE (NOC). |
