It is submitted the industry has proposed to establish a cattle feed manufacturing unit in an area of 6 kanals 4 marlas bearing khasra no. 1497//23/2/2/1min(2-1), 24/2min(0-9), 162//3/3/2(1-14), 23/2/1(1-6) & 3/3/1(0-14) in the revenue estate of Vill. Langeana Nawan-II, Tehsil Baghapurana, Distt. Moga to manufacture cattle feed @ 2.5 TPD and has applied for obtaining consent to establish (NOC) under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 under orange category. Details of the case under:-…………….
• The industry has submitted land use classification report issued by the District Town Planner, Moga vide no. 705 dated 15.07.2024. As per notified Master Plan of Baghapurana (2010-31), the site falls in the agricultural zone under orange category unit is allowable.
• The industry has submitted project report, showing proposed value of the unit of Rs. 60.05 Lakhs. Accordingly, the industry has deposited Rs. 3600/- vide online R. No. 739567865dated 19.07.2024, which is adequate for a period of one year. ………
• The industry has submitted copy of revenue record such as registered sale deed on firm name………..
• The industry has submitted copy of partnership deed.
• The industry has submitted report of general siting guidelines from the revenue authorities, countersigned by Tehsildar Baghapurana, as under:-
“ਤਸਦੀਕ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਫਰਮਮੈਸ: ਭਾਰਤ ਫੀਡ ਇੰਡਸਟਰੀ, ਲੰਗੇਆਣਾ ਨਵਾਂ-2 ਤਹਿਸੀਲ ਬਾਘਾਪੁਰਾਣਾ, ਮੋਗਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਪਰ 6ਕ-4ਮ ਜਮੀਨ ਹੈ ।
1. ਉਕਤ ਰਕਬੇ ਦੀ ਮਾਲਕੀ ਫਰਮਮੈਸ: ਭਾਰਤ ਫੀਡ ਇੰਡਸਟਰੀ ਦੀ ਹੈ ।
2. ਉਕਤ ਰਕਬਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੀ ਲਾਲ ਲਕੀਰ ਤੋਂ 100 ਮੀਟਰ ਦੀ ਦੂਰੀ ਤੇ ਹੈ।
3. ਉਕਤ ਰਕਬਾ ਮਿਊਸਪਲ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀ ਹੱਦ ਤੋਂ 100 ਮੀਟਰ ਦੂਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਹੈ ।
4. ਉਕਤ ਰਕਬੇ ਪਾਸ 15 ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ੀ ਮਕਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਂਦੇ ।
5. ਉਕਤ ਰਕਬੇ ਪਾਸ 100 ਮੀਟਰ ਦੇ ਘੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ੀ ਮਕਾਨ ਜਾਂ 15 ਪੱਕੇ ਮਕਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ । “
• The industry has submitted aks sijra and latha plan of the proposed site ………..
To process the application, the industry was visited by undersigned (AEE) of this office on 23.07.2024 and it was observed as under:-…………….
1. The site is vacant plot. The industry has constructed boundary wall. ….
2. The industry does not propose to use any water in the process;thus, no trade effluent will be generated from the process.
3. There is no residential area (cluster of 15 pucca houses) or any village phirni within the 100 mtrs radius from the site …..
From the above, reports from DTP and the revenue authority, it is clear that the site meets with the general siting guidelines and is suitable for establishment of cattle feed unit ……….
Keeping in view of above, if approved, the consent to establish (NOC) for establishment of cattle feed manufacturing unit in land area of 6 kanals 4 marlas, bearing khasra no. 1497//23/2/2/1min(2-1), 24/2min(0-9), 162//3/3/2(1-14), 23/2/1(1-6) & 3/3/1(0-14), in the revenue estate of Vill. Langeana Nawan-II, Tehsil Baghapurana, Distt. Moga to manufacture cattle feed @ 2.5 TPD may be granted to the industry for one year with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and following special condition that the industry shall comply with the terms and conditions mentioned in the DTP letter issued vide no. 705 dated 15.07.2024.
