Pl clarify the following :
1. The height of the brick wall should be as per COP and not less than 10 ft so as to maintain a free Board of 3.5 ft above the discharge point of rice husk. Therefore pl clarify this point as you have used the word approx and have they maintained free board.
2. As per NOC expansion condition the industry will submit revised building plan prepared and duly authenticated by the Director of
Factories/ Chartered Architect/ Chartered Engineer under the provisions of section 3-A of Punjab Factory
Rules, 1952.Have the industry submitted the same .
3.Compliance of condition no. 11 of NOC expansion, the rice Sheller unit will not install any machinery/do production activity in its additional 12 Kanals land. |
