The application was examined and discussed with Senior Environmental Engineer and observed that:-
1. The compliance of conditions of Environmental Clearance related to Environment/PPCB and CSR are verified by RO. It is requested to submit the compliance of same in annotated form.
2. The industry shall submit the exemptation certificate from DOF to the effect that fresh SAC approval for expansion is not required as it already had approval from DOF / site appraisal committee vide director of factories, Punjab letter no. 2014-19 dated 24.02.2011.
3. The compliance of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)/ Guidelines framed for operation of such units is not submitted by RO. It is requested to submit the compliance of same in annotated form.
4. The industry has not submitted revised building plan after expansion.
You are requested to submit the compliance of the above mentioned points please.
