Earlier the industry has submitted an application as per which the industry was proposing increase in production capacity along with addition in the land area under the rice sheller and since the land proposed to be added was not suitable as per the guidelines as such the proposal was with drawn by the applicant industry............................Now the industry has submitted amended proposal for increase in production capacity without addition in the land area under the rice sheller however has attached site plan showing the addition in the land area...................The industry is required to submit the amended site plan without having any expansion in the land area as well as undertaking stating that no increase in the existing land area will be done for increasing the production capacity of the rice sheller................................Kindly submit the same within 2 days.
