Sir, the industry has submitted reply to the SCN issued earlier wherein it has has been mentioned that dust collector has been provided and septic tank has also been constructed .
In view of the above, it is recommended that the reply of the industry may be considered. and the 'consent to operate' under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2027 for manufacturing of Wall Putty/Samosam Paint @ 3.0 T/day, Distemper @ 240 Kgs/day and Primer @ 240 Kgs/day by using Dolomite Powder @ 23 T/day, Calcium Powder @ 100 Kgs/day, White Cement @ 100 Kgs/day & Binder @ 50 Kgs/day as raw material, subject to suitable conditions as per policy of the Board. |
