It is intimated that the industry is a small scale green category unit. The industry has applied for fresh of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 along with requisite documents for the manufacturing of products Linkkage of Tractor parts, Pins & Bolts @ 630 MT/year by using M.S Steel & Pipe @ 660 MT/year as raw material. The industry has submitted approved building plan from architect approved by Director of Factories, Punjab. The industry submitted the certificate issued by DTP, Ludhiana vide letter no. 1559 dated 26.04.2024 stating that the site of the industry falls in industrial zone as per approved Master Plan, Ludhiana (2007-31).
The industry has deposited Rs. 41100/- vide UTR No. N204243162625650 dated 22.07.2024 (Rs. 37700/- water, Rs. 2900/- as NOC regularization fee and Rs. 500/- form fee), Rs. 37700/- vide UTR No. N204243162625945 dated 22.07.2024 (air) against the fixed assets of Rs. 65.92 Lacs which is adequate upto 31.12.2028
The site of industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 26.07.2024 and it was observed as under:
1. The industry was in operation during visit and engaged in manufacturing of tractor linkage parts.
2. The industry has installed 2 no. forging presses, 2 no. Electric heater, 2 no. CNC machines, 2 no. lathe machines and addas etc in its premises for making above products.
3. The industry is discharging only domestic effluent onto land for plantation after septic tank. There is no generation of trade effluent.
4. Entire cooling water is being recirculating in the cooling tower
5. The industry has submitted building plan from architect approved by Director of Factory, Pb.
6. The industry is complying with the provisions under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981.
7. Date of commissioning of the industry is 13.09.2020 as per electricity connection.
Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 31.12.2028 please.
