The project proponent has not filled the application form properly. The project proponent has not mentioned the built up area in the applciation form. The project proponent has not submitted pocket wise detail of utilziation of wastewater. The project proponent has not submitted the project report of the enclave. The project proponent has not submitted any permission regarding extraction of groundwater. The project proponent intend to dispose of its effluent into sewer, then a NOC from the MC for allowing disposal of effluent into their sewer confirming its connectivity with STP and STP’s adequacy and surplus capacity to handle the volumetric load of effluent from the project is to be submitted. If approved, the application may be returned with request to reapply after removing above said observations please. |
