Please clarify/submit the following:-
1. Reason of applying for varied CTO as there is no change in production capacity. Further no scientific explanation for change in effluent values given.
2. Value of building and land has decreased which cannot be true if un-depreciated value is to be taken.
3. The detail of plant and machinery added.
4. Plant and machinery has increased by Rs. 50.0 lacs. Its details and reason how addition of machinery has not changed production.
5. Latest building plan as changes in machinery has occurred.
