Sir, a clarification was raised on the application, requesting industry to submit reasons for not increase in production capacity even as per CA certificate, plant & machinery has been increased. The industry has submitted reply to the clarification but without any authentic supporting document by CA. As such, the application of the industry may be returned back. There is no option in my account to return the application, therefore, it is requested that either the application be returned back at your end or approval be given to return the application, please. |
