| Clarification Note: | Respected Sir, it is submitted that earlier we have applied for consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 with compliance of all the norms but the same was restored temporarily for shorter period. We have already complying with all the pollution control norms and already provided necessary arrangements to control the fumes of process emissions. there is no change in the production capacity as well as pollution load as there is no option available for applying renewal of consent. Accordingly, we have applied for VARIEd option through invest punjab with request to restore our electric connection permanently. It is requested to kindly consider our request and restore our electric connection permanently and grant consents for longer period please. |
