Discussed.. The case may be considered for grant of ‘consent to establish'/ (NOC) under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for one year with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and special conditions that:-
1. The industry shall make agreements with Authorized recyclers for all kinds of Hazardous Wastes generated from the Process (eg:- Aluminium Dross, Zinc Dross etc.)
2. The industry shall apply for registration under E-waste Management rules 2016 well before the commissioning of the unit
