Keeping in view of above it is recommended that:
1) Consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2025, subject to the suitable conditions as mentioned in the previous consents granted to the unit and additional conditions mentioned in the note of JEE.
2. Action recommended by this office u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and 31-A of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 regarding issuing directions for closure of the unit may please be dropped.
