Respected sir, in reply of the observation raised, now the industry has submitted a copy of area classification certificate from DTP vide no. 2730 dated 07.12.2022 stating the site falls in industrial zone as per the provisions of the Mater Plan, Ludhiana (copy enclosed).
Further the industry has submitted the statement of DEMAT of shares. The industry has obtained shares @ 500 KLD from the SPV and the DEMAT status of the shares have also been got confirmed from the SPV. Further there is not any dispute of shares among the member industries of CETP-15 MLD and several other applications of member units of CETP-15 MLD have already been considered by the Competent Authority of the Board on the basis of share certificate issued by the SPV as well as this kind of DEMAT statement, hence this application can also be considered on same pattern, please.
In view of above, it is therefore recommended that varied consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for dyeing for all type of fabrics (polyester/PC/Cotton) @ 7 T/day & dyeing for all type of yarn (Polyester/PC/Cotton) @ 5 T/day may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2029 with the suitable conditions.
