Sir, the industry was visited by undersigned on 29.07.2024 and during visit, it was observed that
1. The industry was found in operation.The industry has installed one no. ball mill, where the raw material is being mixed and addition of certain chemicals which leads to final products.
2. The industry has installed dust collector and no emissions were found during visit.
3. The industry is not generating any trade effluent from its present processes and the domestic effluent generated is being discharged onto land for plantation after passing through septic tank.
n view of the above, it is recommended that the 'consent to operate' under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2027 for manufacturing of Wall Putty/Samosam Paint @ 3.0 T/day, Distemper @ 240 Kgs/day and Primer @ 240 Kgs/day by using Dolomite Powder @ 23 T/day, Calcium Powder @ 100 Kgs/day, White Cement @ 100 Kgs/day & Binder @ 50 Kgs/day as raw material, subject to suitable conditions as per policy of the Board. |
