Sir, reply to the observations raised by Zonal Office is as under:-
1. The industry has total 10 Kanal 7.6 Marla land area as per registry submitted with the application and submitted copy of change of land use certificate for land area of the unit vide memo no. 112 STP(L)/TWT2A dated 07.01.2016 issued by the Department of Town & Country Planning for area of 10 kanal 7 marlas share from khasra no. 101//7 (8-0) 8(8-0) 9(5-2), in the revenue estate of Village Kotkapura, Tehsil Kotkapura, District Faridkot.(attached)
2. As per completion certificate submitted the capacity of ETP is 20 KL (attached) and components of same are collection tank, flocculator, primary tube settler, aeration tank, secondary tube settler, pressure sand filter, activated carbon filter and sludge drying beds.
