The RO has submitted reply to the observation raised by the CEE Sir........................
Earlier, the industry was granted CTO for 6 KLD as the industry has obtained shares @ 6 KLD from the PDA but now industry has applied for 4 KLD because only 4 KLD shares have been DEMAT as per the document submitted by the industry from the company secretary. The industry has installed only one winch machine inside the premises for washing purpose, it has neither added nor reduced any machinery as it is having only one machine..............................
On the basis of above, RO has recommended as under: 1. Varied Consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry temporarily for the period of six months with the special condition that it shall not generate effluent more than 4 KLD in any case. 2. Directions be issued u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 & 31-A of Air Act, 1981 maybe issued to the PSPCL Authorities to restore the electric connection of the industry for the period of six months.........................
