| Clarification Note: |
1. As per area classification report, the site does not fall under any approved Mater Plan and thus, the project proponent is required to submit necessary guideline verification report from the concerned Circle Revenue Officer as per policy of the Board 30.04.2013.
2. The project proponent is required to submit detail of machinery as well as NOC from Department of Forests, Punjab regarding installation of processing machinery like saws, peller, press & seasoners.
3. The project proponent is required to submit proposal regarding treatment and disposal of treated trade effluent of glue kettles.
Kindly submit the above said documents within 03 days.
