The site was visited by undersigned (AEE) on 24.07.2024 and it was observed as under:-
1. The project proponent has installed hot mix plant at the site, which was not in operation during visit.
2. The pp has installed machinery as proposed at the time of consent to establish. The PP has installed cyclone separator followed by bag filter house as APCD with hot mix plant, which was adequate in principle.
3. The PP has installed septic tank for treatment of domestic effluent generated from washroom section and provision has been made to discharge the same onto land for plantation along boundary wall.
4. The PP has installed DG set with canopy and stack of adequate height.
5. The pp has made adequate plantation along the boundary wall.
The hot mix plant is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981.
Submitted for approval as already recommended above.
