Sir, the industry has already procured brick bats to be used as raw material for laying of brick road from main gate to the rice room. The industry informed that the work could not be started due to recent rains. However, the representative of the industry has submitted an undertaking in which they undertake that they will provide the pucca movement area of the rice sheller within one month.
Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for operation of rice sheller unit of capacity 5 TPH of Raw rice /Sorted Rice with Dryer under the Orange category for a period upto 31.03.2028 with suitable conditions along with special condition that the industry will provide the pucca movement area, with 15 days. |
