Kindly peruse the detailed note attached by AEE/ PBIP.
Since, there are changes in the layout plan (with change in no. of flats mentioned in EC from 431no. to 365 no. as per CTE of Board ), which must have resulted in change of built-up area as well as other change in components of the project, the project proponent would require to obtain amendment in EC.
It is therefore recommended that the fresh Consent to Establish under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air
Act, 1981 be granted to the project proponent for establishment of Group Housing project over total land area of 21,317 sqm consisting of components as Dwelling Units
(Flats) @ 365 Nos, upto 26.12.2025, subject to additional conditions mentioned in the note of AEE.
