RO has sent the compliance report of the proceedings of the personal hearing given by CEE (P) and has concluded that the industry is now complying with the decisions of the personal hearing. Accordingly, EE,RO, Rupnagar has recommended for grant of CTOs to the industry under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for a period of one year subject to conditions.
Keeping in view of above, it is recommended for grant of CTOs to the industry under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for a period of one year subject to conditions as proposed by RO please.
