| Clarification Note: |
The application submitted by the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry is required to submit point wise compliance report of the special conditions imposed in the previous consent to operate granted under the Air Act, 1981 by the Board from the authorized signatory alongwith supporting documents.
2. The document submitted from the Department of Town Planning issued vide no. 943 dated 02.07.2024 is incomplete.
3. The industry is required to submit production record with regards to condition no. 3 duly authenticated by the concerned / competent person.
It is requested to submit the reply to the clarification within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete. |
