Pl clarify the following:
1. As to whether the industry has made any changes in its building from the year 2012 onwards till date. If yes, then copy of amended approved Building plan previous one (not attached in application form) as well as new one be got enclosed. Also, changes made be highlighted.
2. Obtain CA certificate year wise to ascertain the CTO fee in case there is change in fixed assets. If no, then fee chart be enclosed.
3. Intimate the land use pattern i.e. DTP letter as mentioned in your note be got enclosed as the same was not found in documents appended to the application.
4.Intimate as to whether the industry is required to shift its unit in case the Master Plan of Amloh has been notified. |
