Sir legal opinion in the matter was sought from SLO, PPCB. The copy of which is attached.
Considering earlier note in the matter and opinion of SLO it is recommended that CTO be granted be the poultry farm upto 30.09.2026 as proposed earlier subject to conditions as mentioned at undersigned note dated 23.07.24 and additional conditions as proposed by SLO, PPCB that the the poultry farm shall be bound to abide with decision of SDM Malerkotla in reference to complaint pending in therein and that the poultry farm shall comply with provisions of environmental laws framed by CPCB irresponsible of bird capacity. |
