Sir, as per policy of the Board the PP is required to submit the compliance of general siting guidelines from the Revenue authorities, in which distance of the proposed site should must be 100mtr or beyond from MC limit/Phirni of village/designated residentail area/residentail area comprising 15 Pucca houses. The industry has submitted a letter from Revenue Authorities but no distance of above said parameters is mentioned in the said letter.
As such, the industry is not submitting compliance of general siting guidelines. It is needless to mention here that the representative of the project has already been guided by the under signed to submit the said distances. But the PP has failed to do the same till date.
