Respected sir, Pointwise reply of the clarification is as under:
1. The industry has been granted consent under the Green Category (Others) as there is no generation of process emissions as well as wastewater. The industry is only doing fabrication work without any spray painting and this activity is covered under the Green Category as per the categorization of the Board.
2. The industry falls under the Green category as the activity of the industry is covered under Green category as per categorization of the Board. Moreover, the empty paint containers (HW category 33.1) are generated from manual painting work, which is a Green category activity.
3. The industry has been advised to apply authorization under the HWM Rules, 2016 for category 33.1 and 5.1 during the visit.
