Sir, it is submitted that the project proponent has not deposited consents fee, along with penalty fee for 5 years as per the policy of the Board, which need clarification. There is increase in the cost of fixed assets specially under the head of construction and development therefore, its needs to be clarified that whether any addition in the built up area is undertaken.
Further, the project proponent has not submitted NOC regularization fee alongwith it and has also not applied for obtaining renewal of consent under the Water Act, 1974.
May if approved, the application may be returned to the project proponent with the request to resubmit application under both the Acts after attending the above said observations. |
