In reply to the observations raised by Senior Environmental Engineer, it is submitted that:-
1. Point wise compliance of EC conditions is attached, please.
2. The applicant has informed telephonically that the exemption certificate from DOF will be obtained shortly and will be submitted to PPCB.
3. The compliance of SOPs for such unit has been conveyed to the industry and has been informed to submit the compliance report as per the schedule of the SOPs. The industry is complying with the general SOPs framed for induction furnaces.
4. The applicant has informed that there is no change in building plan and the machinery is installed in the existing building.
