Respected sir, in reply of the observation raised, now the industry has submitted a copy of area classification certificate from DTP vide no. 2730 dated 07.12.2022 stating the site falls in industrial zone as per the provisions of the Mater Plan, Ludhiana (copy enclosed). Further air emission sample of the industry has not been collected as the same was not decided during the hearing given to the industry before the CEE on 28.02.2024. The effluent sample shall be collected and the report in this regard shall be submitted accordingly.
In view of above, it is therefore recommended that varied consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for dyeing for all type of fabrics (polyester/PC/Cotton) @ 7 T/day & dyeing for all type of yarn (Polyester/PC/Cotton) @ 5 T/day may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2029 with the suitable conditions and special condition that the industry shall got analysed its air emission sample from the Board's lab within one month.
